Apologize for the inconvenience happen. Sorry as I read through the Case description, I am not sure on what is the specific enquiry. What do you mean “We think there should be an IP and a corresponding reference demo” are you looking for a license.dat file?
Would you mind helping to further elaborating on what is the specific request? Any error message screenshot or any difficulty that could help on understanding this issue?
thanks for your explanation. may we know? have customer regenerate a new license in self-service licensing center? if not, could you get customer to regenerate a new license in SSLC
kindly generate your license file in Self Service Licensing Center. Only the license administrator can re-generate the license file.
