These days I do a project about DDR2 controller and get confused. The controller is used to driver the notebook ddr2 memory,and it is 2GB/4GB,200pin so-dimm.btw,the target fpga device is stratix iii ep3sl70 fpga.
Where could i have an reference design for this? or someone had ever done it could give me some advice?
