Are you using windows 10? We receive few similar complain issue from other customer before. But we are unable to duplicate the same problem under our environment. Thus, it is hard to provide an accurate solution to customer because the issue is usually depend on customer PC environment.
My suggestion is :
1) Try different type of OS
