Advanced Blockset Real Mixer

Hi, 

 

When I drop a real mixer from the advanced blockset into my design, it expects input data types to be doubles. The examples demo_ddc and demo_mix have these mixer accepting fixed point numbers or other data types. I've made sure the fixed point tool does not force doubles...anyone have any ideas?

It doesn't expect doubles. In fact it won't work with doubles at all. It's possible that when you first place the block and connect it up (without simulating and thus propagating data types), that simulink will label the wires as double. 

 

Try propagating data types (Ctrl+D) or clicking play to simulate.
