I'm looking for ASRC IP. I've gone to every website in the list of Altera IP partners with no luck. Lots of info on the web for ASRC in Xilinx FPGAs... what am I missing?
Thanks for that. I actually stumbled onto that myself, but the trail dead-ended there. Following the various links on that page didn't turn up anything that looked to me like a ASRC IP core. If you can provide further direction, I would be most appreciative.
You may be able to use a Farrow filter, there is an application note here:http://www.altera.com/literature/an/an347.pdf?gsa_pos=1&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=an347There is also a good article on Farrow filters here: http://www.signumconcepts.com/download/paper018.pdf Sorry, but I don't know of an Altera IP core for this function but if the Xilinx IP supplier is a 3rd party company they might be able to let you have the VHDL or Verilog which can probably easily be ported to an Altera.

It's obviously providing asynchronous rate conversion, e.g. 44.1 to 192 kHz. It's part of the AES3/EBU Reference Design, that can be obtained from Altera. But as SingMai suggested, you may want to ask the supplier, if he supports Altera FPGA, too.
