Hi, It is recommended to use Arria 10 FPGA device with speed grade 2 or faster. You might facing timing issue if you use Speed grade -3

Dear,

From HDMI UG below,

it recommend -1 for HDMI2.1 and -2,-1 for HDMI2.0,but i have implement HDMI2.0 on A10 -3 device successfully. Is there any risk if i use -2LG?

It is recommended to follow the table. Even you able to see the timing passing. But there still a risk marginal issue on it (even the lower speed grade -3 pass timing). Also, the internal hardware validation is carry on based on the recommended table.
