We have received a license for the DDR-T IP, and can access it in the licensing center, but we haven’t received a copy of the patch, documentation and the release notes, as mentioned in other posts.
Quartus reports the licenses as valid, but still reports “Please contact Intel.” What do we have to do to use the DDR-T IP? Where can I find, download the probably missing files? Or can somebody mail it directly to use? As mentioned in DDR-T IP Bundle for Stratix 10 Otherwise our Stratix 10 DX and our DCPMEM DIMMs seem impossible to be functioning as expected.
Sincerely,
Thorsten
