De2-115 Ethernet Example

I am using the VEEK kit which uses the DE2-115 board. I have Ethernet Port 1 up and running using the web server example. I can not get Ethernet Port 0 to work.  

 I even started with the Ethernet Port 1 example code set and ported it to Port 0, but it did not work.    Has anyone else has issues with Ethernet Port 0?   Thanks

what kit do u use?

This is a problem with their boards and timing analysis. I hAve 2 boards, one works and the other doesn't. By doesn't I mean unreliable. I sent my board back to terasic but apperantly they have to tighten the timing on the webserver example.  

This is beyond me at this stage. Hope that helps stay some anxiety.

Did you get a new kit? Was your problem solved? I have nearly the same problem with my DE2-115. A reference design for a ethernet based system functions on my old board and not on my new one.
