I don't know if this is the right place for this kind of question ,but I'll give it a how. 

 

According to DisplayPort protocol every blanking period (horizontal and vertical) should begin with "BS" symbol. 

My question is : does that symbol comes at fron porch time or HSYNC/VSYNC ?
