EPCQ16ASI8N Wafer Brand Anomaly

We bought the EPCQ16ASI8N model, to its De-cap, found that the wafer inside the display is winbond brand, may I ask this is a normal phenomenon? I did not find winbond and INTEL associated, but also help to confirm, thank you!

Hi Jiang,

This is a normal phenomenon. Some early Intel flash storage devices were subcontracted to Winbond for processing, so some devices may bear the Winbond logo. As long as there are no bugs during use, these are all acceptable.
