How to user HPS IP?

I'm playing around with the IP Catalog (I have a Cyclone V SOC). Now I wanted to loan the UART Read and Write Pin and used the hard processor system. In contrast to the others I have no Idea how to use it

the problem is: With the HPS, there comes a lot of memory input/output pins which I don't know what to do and the two loaned pins I want are bi-directional pins, which I don't know how to assign, so I can use them.

Any help?
