IP_TRIETHERNET license limitations

Hello,

I would like to know if purchasing the license IP_TRIETHERNET allows us to use the Triple Speed Ethernet IP on Arria 10 Devices with no limitations or if there are limitations like maximum number of devices that can use the IP or if the IP cannot be used in different designs or other limitations.
