Is Random Number Generator available for Max 10 FPGAs?

The "Random Number Generator IP Core User Guide" from Altera website says Max 10 is supported for this IP core. 

But I am not able to use this core (Option grayed out on Quartus Prime) on Max 10 device. I have installed Version 16 of Quartus Prime Lite Edition and I can see the folder of this IP core in my installation folder but can not use it as the option is not visible (grayed out) on IP Catalogue.

What MAX 10? If it is a 10M0? try a 10M50.

The IP Guide says it supports MAX10 - see

Would you happen to know if you could do a random number generator for cyclone 2 on a DE2 board through quartus II?
