Output format of FFT IP core

I am trying to output the results of FFT IP core to my PC. I need to convert the FFT results to decimal format. Our output setup of the FFT is fixed point, 25bit data output width, natural order, and 4096 length. I need the help to convert the outputs into decimal format. Thanks! HD
