Hi All,
I have a designed an SOC with a PCIe RootPort. It works fine. I just changed the PCIe IP to a 2 VC version. As a simple test of the second VC I tried to read the vendor's ID but I get no response from the IP. It responds fine on the first VC. Is that the way it supposed to work? I get the same results in simulation. Any ideas? Thanks, S.Link Copied

We have been working on a similar concept and found that tx credits are not issued by Altera's IP for second VC. Hence, IP is not ready to receive tlp's on second VC.

VC1 is not supported. The PCIe core only supports 1 Virtual Channel (VC0).
