Serial Lite III license

I want to design a system consisting of the following FPGAs communicating with each other:

Arria 10 GX EVB, (DK-DEV-10AX115S-A)

Stratix 10 EVB, (DK-DEV-1SGX-H-A)

For the communication interface I'd like to use a Serial Lite III IP.

Questions:

1. Do both of the above devices support the Serial Lite III IP ?

2. Is the IP free of charge?
