I would like to integrate a Triple Speed Ethernet MAC + SGMII PCS using embedded GXB transceivers with support for IEEE 1588.
Question 1: Do I need to purchase both IP-TRIETHERNET and IP-TRIETHERNETF or is IP-TRIETHERNET integrated into IP-TRIETHERNETF license?
Question 2: When I compile my design in evaluation mode I get "Evaluation Mode" messages for 2 IPs:
IP-TRIETHERNETF
TSE_MAC
Which IP block is integrated in which license?
Thanks for support!

Hello,
You may required both the licenses for TSE and IEEE 1588v2.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683402/24-3/release-information.html
I believe that answer your question 2 as well.
