Also please confirm if the part number is incorrect.

I find this part listed on Arrow.com & mouser.com

Found below datasheet, but part#DK-DEV-AGI027RES is not listed in this.

Can you confirm your OPN? If it's Agilex F-Series FPGA that you can use the same link you shared.
