Can someone help me with getting The Intel® FPGA CXL IP? I could not find where to download and evaluate this IP as well as purchase this IP

If u wanna use this IP in Quartus, u need to request the relative lic from local altera sales or fae. For document, here are some relative link, after u got the lic, u can download it.

I got "access deny" when open these link.

We got the FPGA board for a while now, Its jtag can not be recognize as well. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Do u use usb blaster? If check the JTAG issue, I need such info:

1. which board are u used?

2. Could u show me the error pic of quartus or programmer
