Are you trying to develop a new IP solution inside FPGA using Quartus software instead of using existing IP solution provided by FPGA Quartus software ?

Can you elaborate further and be more specific on what you are trying to do here ?

我々は、工場で使用されるコンフィグレーションメモリのプログラマを作ろうとしています。

ただし業務上の決定事項ではありません。

プログラマ作成のための情報をいただくため、NDAなどの手続きが必要される可能性があると考えました。

手続きが必要であればご教示ください。

You can refer to below link for JTAG programmer developed via any embedded processor.

• No NDA is required

However, this is just a example design provided as reference to user with no further technical support from Intel.

• Intel recommendation is to use Quartus programmer tool as official support tool.
