As I understand it, you are inquiring if E-tile support PCIe interface. For your information, only L/H-Tile XCVR interface with the PCIe Hard IP. E-Tile XCVR does not interface with the PCIe Hard IP. You may refer to E Tile XCVR PHY User Guide -> "Transceiver Tile Variants" table for further details. Sorry for the inconvenience.
