Dear Intel support
As SFP+ connectors are the most popular choice for a 10G Ethernet interface, we are wondering if it's possible to use a QSFP connector (with breakout cables to provide individual SFP+ interfaces) for a “10G Ethernet IP core from Intel” without any modifications inside the FPGA. If any changes are required, we are interested in understanding the extent of these modifications.
Thanks
Diego

Yes, QSFP+ can be used as four individual SFP+ interfaces. No changes except for a shared I2C port.
