10M25DAF484 FPGA ADC sense

Hi

Please let me know 10M25DAF484 bank 1A can sense negative supply? Like in our application we want to sense +/-3.3V and +/-1.65V. Please let me know by connecting the pins directly to ADC 1A bank can sense correct voltage?

Also 1B we are Powering with VCC1B=3.3V. VCC1A=2.5V. Hope VCC1B powering with 3.3v for digital purpose will not make any issue.

Kindly reply

Hi Abishek

The analog input pins support single-ended and unipolar measurements.  You would not sample the negative voltage using Max 10 ADC block.

You can refer to Analog input voltage of Table 34 and Table 35 based on your device type in

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/max-10/m10_datasheet.pdf

You can refer to document below for VCCIO1A and VCCIO1B connection based on your device types:

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/dp/max-10/PCG-01018.pdf

Thanks.
