Hello Punith,

Hope you are doing well. The prefix 'G' in your OPN means 'RoHS6 '. Here's additional detail that you can find: https://www.intel.com/content/altera-www/global/en_us/index/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/documentation/2019/rohs-compliant-ordering-part-number-for-arria-ii-and-stratix-iii.html

Thank you.

Hello,

my questions related to PCN notification, mentioned POD drawing changed,

Punith_0-1624270665914.png

but when I checked my part in below link, POD drawing last revised in 2011, i did not noticed any changes

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/literature/lit-index/lit-pkg/package-search.html?type=search

so I am confused with PCN notification what exactly changed in POD

Thanks & Regards,

Punith

Hi,

There should not be any changes if the only changed notified is the additional 'G' prefix. That prefix only means RoHS6. You can refer to this KDB for more details: https://www.intel.com/content/altera-www/global/en_us/index/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/documentation/2019/rohs-compliant-ordering-part-number-for-arria-ii-and-stratix-iii.html

Thank you.

If I look into the PCN, the reason mentioned there is a change in POD i hope there is no major change in dimension
