Hello Intel Team ,
We are not using following pins in our application.
VREFB8AN0 |
VREFB7AN0 |
VREFB5AN0 |
VREFB5BN0 |
VREFB4AN0 |
VREFB3AN0 |
VREFB3BN0 |
VREFB6AN0 |
If I connected those pins to +3.3V then what will be the current consumption in those pins.

Hi,
presume you noticed that VREFxxx input current isn't explicitely specified in datasheet. Thus I won't expect an official answer.
The pins are routed to a number of differenlial receivers inputs, I believe it's winthin I/O Pin Leakage Current specifications (+/- 30 uA).
What's the problem behind your question? If you worry about possible VREF current consumption, why not connect it to GND?
Regards
Frank

Hello,
Yes, Frank is correct. There is mentioned in the Pin Connection Guidelines that if the VREF pins are not used, you should connect them to either the VCCIO in the bank in which the pin resides or GND.
