Dear Support,

Good day,

Please advise difference between part numbers 5CSEMA5U23I7N & 5CSEMA5U23I7NCZ?

What is the suffix "CZ" as this is not explained sample ordering code?

Can they be both used interchangeably? Please confirm. Thanks

Hi,

The two parts are same in terms of form, fit and functionality. The 'CZ' suffix parts were shipped in 2014-2016 time frame with a silicon fix for a HPS PLL issue. Later the shipment of these parts was stopped. Customers are required to order parts with normal part number only.
