For your information, 5M1270ZF324C4N is 324-Pin FineLine Ball-Grid Array (FBGA). Hence, the tray size is 19mmx19mm (Daewon 12U-1919-GXX). Normally, it is found as live bug orientation. Kindly refer to AN71 (page 4 and 10) for further information.
