For this parts, through schematic confirm GA1T. AR10 & AR13 to GND should be greater than 200OHM ,Use multimeter measured about 60OHM.

Hi,
Are you requesting failure analysis support for this suspected failure FPGA device here ?
Can you explain further on the FPGA failure symptom ?
- How many failure FPGA devices here ?
- Is this new prototype project or mature production project ?
- Kindly clarify on the FPGA failure pins location again.
- GA1T doesn't look like FPGA pin location. What's GA1T ?
- Does AR10 and AR13 refer to FPGA pin location and you are facing pin short condition here ?
- Under what kind of production testing that you observe this failure ?
Thanks.
Regards,
dlim
