My university bought a Arria 10 SoC development kit from Digi-Key. I tried to access the Self-Service License Center (see attached screenshot), but access is denied to my Intel account. I have requested to obtain an Intel Premium account to obtain the permits for the FPGA tools (the self-service license center is included) but the request was rejected.

Dear Vicky,
I verified the link with different browsers (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox) after clearing the cache and cookies, and I do not have access yet.
