According to Micron compatibility guide , Is MT40A1G16RC-062E IT:B compatible with 10as048 ?

The link you referred is flash device but we need support for external DDR4 memory

Required Specifications:

Device: MT40A1G16    Configuration : 1 Gig x 16 (depth x width)

Timing – cycle time – 0.625ns @ CL = 22 (DDR4-3200) -062E

Operating temperature –Industrial (–40° <= TC <= 95°C) -- IT
