Agilex 3 mechanical drawing

Hi,

We are currently developing a system based on the Agilex™ 3 FPGA, and have started working on the mechanical integration.

While reviewing the available mechanical drawing of the BGA layout (attached), we noticed that some of the ball positions appear visually offset and not consistently aligned on a uniform pitch grid. This raised some uncertainty about whether the drawing is schematic-only or if it accurately reflects the actual pad centers.

Just see any one have the following for this device:

A STEP model for mechanical reference or

A fully-dimensioned mechanical drawing or

A ball map in CSV or tabular format with X/Y coordinates relative to a defined package origin.

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul36,

Apologies for the delay. Could you let me know what is the OPN of Agilex 3 you're referring to?

Allow me some time to check this internally.

I shall come back to you with the findings.

Thank you for your patience.

Best regards,

Fakhrul
