Altera Control Panel Problems

I have problem to use the Control Panel to the Terasic DE2-70 Dev. board. 

When i'm trying to download the code to the FPGA I get the error:  

 

Execute(.../NiosDownloadBatch.bat) fail. 

and 

download Nios II file (..\DE2_70_Control_Panel_ssram.elf) fail. 

 

Is there anyone who have an idea what could be wrong? :confused: 

 

I'm using the Quartus II v9.0 and have the Nios II EDK installed. 

I have been using Quartus II but never used an Nios II application.

Installed the newest version of the control panel (v.1.2) and now it's works perfect!!!
