Hi,
I programmed a PAC Arria10 board ( Quartus 19.1) with own HDL design. I had to modify the altera_pcie_win_driver.inf file to add my device (PAC).
but when I wanted to install the Altera PCI API driver I get:
"Windows encountered a problem... The hash for the file is not present in the specified catalog file"
Could I get an updated version of the Altera PCI driver that includes the PAC device (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C04&SUBSYS_00008086&REV_00). So I can have the updated catalog file and certified drivers.
Cheers

The Arria 10 PAC is for Linux platform as documented. The installation of Arria 10 PAC is not validated on Windows platform. Can you change to Linux.
