Any one knows how to post a support request on FPGA/Quartus in intel's mySupport page?

Altera's support link finally send me here:

https://supporttickets.intel.com/supportrequest?lang=en-US

But it seems there is no category for FPGA when I try to submit a ticket.

Has any one ever posted a request ticket before?

By the way, the problem I try to submit is , this bug seems to re-occur in Quartus Prime Pro 18.1.2:

while I'm using stratix 10 for partial reconfig

Hi, You need to register for Intel Premier Support, once you receive confirmation you will be able to create a ticket. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/fpga/fpga-premier-registration.html KBD link: https://www.intel.com/content/altera-www/global/en_us/index/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/tools/2018/how-do-i-register-myself-as-the-intel--premier-support-ips--for-.html Alternatively you may post your question in a new thread on Intel FPGA Forum and someone will assist you. https://forums.intel.com/s/ Thanks, Arslan
