Hi @nikhl,

Thank you for posting in Intel community forum and hope all is well.
Mind if I asked how many device you have connected to the host machine? And what are those devices?
And which version of Acceleration Stack for Runtime do you have?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi @BoonBengT_Intel ,

I have connected only one device to the Host machine. I am using Intel Arria 10 Gx Programmable Acceleration Card.

I am using Intel® Acceleration Stack Version 1.2.1.

Hi @nikhl,

Noted on the devices and stack version used used.
My guess is that the wrong device name has been inputs.

Can you please run the aocl diagnose command to check on the devices name.
And followed by running the advanced diagnostic.
Hope that clarify.
