Arria 10 GX CPU Reset Pulled Low Despite 1.8V Pull-Up

I am using the Intel Arria 10 GX development board. For the past two days, we have been troubleshooting an issue where the CPU reset signal is being pulled low, even though it has a 1.8V pull-up. Despite our debugging efforts, we have been unable to determine the cause. Could anyone help identify potential reasons why the reset signal is being driven low?

May I know if you are referring to CPU rest push button (S4) as in below link?

Or the CPU_RESETN from MAX V CPLD System Controller?
