Hi, i'm searching a kit with Arria 10 that supports FPGA SDK for OpenCL, is the Arria 10 GX Development kit a good choice?

It is a good mid-range board and it supports the OpenCL SDK. Note that you will need to purchase a separate OpenCL SDK license since the board only comes with a license for Quartus (that was my experience with it).
