Hello everyone,

I am very new to the Arria 10 board and am trying to run the Board Update Portal Design from: https://www.altera.com/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/kit-a10-gx-fpga.html

I can see from the code that there is a heartbeat_led that should be blinking, however, after compiling and programming this project to the board, I cannot observe this.

Furthermore, if I completely comment out the top-level module a10_fpga_bup_top.v, I see no difference. LED D3 on the board is the only one blinking and does not change even when I comment out everything.

Does anyone have advice/experience with this tutorial? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
