Hi Team,

We have seen blinking red of D17 (Error LED) in EVM kit, so we don't know what is happening in to working kit. So can you please help us for this? we have already followed step guide which is provided into user guide.

So, we want to do factory restore in our EVM kit. Please help to resolve this error or FPGA configuration.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. We need to confirm regarding the LED blinking. Can you answer these questions before we can resolve this.

  1. Did customer program something into FPGA before?
  2. If no, can they change all switches to default setting?
  3. If yes, what are the programming file that they program? can they create a simple design and program into it?

Hi,

Answer to your query.

  1. Did customer program something into FPGA before?  - Yes, we have program FPGA as per our use case.
  2. If no, can they change all switches to default setting? - switches are at its default setting.
  3. If yes, what are the programming file that they program? can they create a simple design and program into it? - Suddenly, Arria10 EVM kit stopped working in running condition as on our program. and it starts blinking this D17 Red LED. so that's why we want to resume it to default state again.

Hello,

Can you first try a simpler design and at the same time try to change the USB blaster.

Hello,

Can you specifically explain what kind of program have you run to the board and have you done Board Test System (BTS) to the board. Regarding the switch and jumper, you can follow the default state which is in page 3-2.
