When doing function test after  BGA SMT mounted on PCB, find BGA failed.

Measure the BGA by micrometer and

Hi Maria,

Thanks for your quick reply!

Please review the some information as belows:

1.We only use the component of BGA( not use intel PC board and processor) and its part number of BGA is  EP4CE75F29C7N shown on the label..

2.We just amount this BGA on PCB by SMT IR reflow and do function test.Please refer to the encloseure files (circuit diagram,location drawing) .

3.We input and test 4pcs and find 2pcs failed and the impedance is wrong.check the application power and socket are normal.

Our direct supplier is Arrow Electronics( a agent supplier),because we are a CAT 4 customer,he let me apply  your support and analysis by Inte community.

Do you need the defective samples?If yes,please let me know the recipents and address.
