Hi.
I am new of FPGA and my project need some basic FPGA operations and one python program. I want the arm part of FPGA to boot linux (raspbian OS) so that i can run python on it.
Is this possible to do and how will i be able do so...

Hello,
You can boot Angstrom on Cyclone V SoC and from there you can develop your application by Python or any other language you prefer.
I would recommend to start from this link:
