Can i use de2i-150 audio codec for FPGA programing？

i don't have de2-115 board，so i do some de2-115‘s Demonstrations in de2i-150，de2-115 has an audio codec WM8731，de2i-150 has an audio codec ALC272

as you can see there are some difference between these two board，i have no idea how to use de2i-150's audio codec or usb for fpga programing?
