Can we use Internal configuration Single compressed image mode or single uncompressed image mode for remote system upgrade? (Is there anything like we need to use Dual Compressed Images mode only). Thanks in advance.

Yes, For implementing RSU the only option that can be used is the Dual Compressed Images.
