Hi

There are two JTAG connectors in SOC, FPGA JTAG and HPS JTAG.

If we simply the interface, only remain the HPS JTAG, and don't connect FPGA JTAG interface. Can we use HPS JTAG interface, to perform FPGA programming and debug?

Hi,

No, you cannot use HPS JTAG to program the FPGA and debug. You need to use the standard JTAG port.

Hi John Thanks! But we can access HPS JTAG and FPGA JTAG though the same JTAG connector, by connect FPGA JTAG TDI to HPS JTAG TDO. Right? ************************************************** DISCLAIMER: This email is for the use of the intended recipient(s) only. Hi,

Yes, you can chain both the JTAG port together.
