Cyclone 10 Internal Oscillator Specification

I am studying if the internal oscillator of Cyclone 10 is feasible to be used in user mode for my system, so would like to know its specification specially its stability parameters. I tried looking for it in the documentation and support but couldn't find it, can anyone please share it.

I understand that I need to instantiate the above IP core for using the internal oscillator, but what I want is the stability parameters specification of the internal oscillator.
