Cyclone III Starter Kit & HSMC

Up to what analog Intermediate frequency (IF) can you generate with the Cyclone III FPGA Starter Kit (DK-START-3C25N) connected to the Data Conversion HSMC (High Speed Mezzanine Card from slscorp)? Does any one have an example of these two boards interconnected together. I am working on a DUC and DDC but even a NCO for a signal synthesizer project example will be helpful.
