Cyclone V Dev Kit - pin file

Is there some sort of pin file that Quartus can input to assign I/O pins for a given eval board instead of manually entering them?

 

I'm working on this Cyclone V dev kit

You can download and install a design template for your board, which should have the pinout set up for you.  You can then customize for your own design:
