Cyclone V Development board kit warranty repair

Hi, this is new concern. I am enquiring regarding cyclone V GT development that I purchase from digikey. Currently the board is damage. I would like to send for repair. How do I go about it? Do I need to submit warranty information?

After consulting our customer service team, we've determined that your Cyclone V Development board is no longer covered by warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot process your request for a warranty repair claim (RMA), Please be noted that we also do not offer repair services options .


I apologize for our inability to provide you with full assistance and appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.
