In one of our projects, which used 5CGXFC5F6M11I7N (Cyclone V) during the layout had been done mistake. How affected on FPGA if up to 4 GND balls are not connected?

Hello,

I am sorry to hear of what happened. Does your FPGA shows any abnormal activities?

Thanks

Hello.

No, the FPGA doesn't show any abnormal behavior.

Before I give waiver for next PCB assemblies, I just want be sure that won't be any issues with FPGA.

Hello,

It seems like your FPGA is working fine. Sometimes FPGA can be damaged over long-term period like example when you set the voltage out of specs.

Thank you.
