Cyclone V Migration: Are programming files compatible?

Hello,

We currently use the 5CEBA2F17xxN but might have to allow the 5CEBA4F17xxN.  Are the programming files I have made for the A2 able to be loaded straight into the A4?  I can recompile ok but would prefer it if the software didn't need to know the difference.

Sorry, you will need to recompile as the programming file are not compatible for both device part number.
